Ophthalmic presentations are a common part of General Practice. The Ophthalmology for General Practice Workshop aims to enhance GPs skills in dealing with these presentations. In the 2018 Program:
- Ocular history and examination
- Review of clinically relevant ocualar pathology
- Ocular therapeutics
- Case presentations group activity
- Case presentations discussion
Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day.

Venue: Allison Dickson Lecture Theatre, University of Southern Queensland, West Street, Toowoomba, QLD
CPD Points: To qualify for the 40 RACGP QI&CPD Category 1 points (approved) or 30 ACRRM PRDP points (approved), a predisposing and reflective activity as part of an Active Learning Module (ALM) is available and is included with registration. The ALM requires work at home before and after attendance at the Saturday Seminar. These activities comprise a series of multiple choice questions and are available online only. A link to the activities will be sent via email upon registration. The predisposing activity must be completed prior to the Saturday Seminar to be eligible for the 40 Category 1 points or 30 PRPD points. The predisposing activity will no longer be available from the day of the Saturday Seminar.
